I create music that speaks to both the heart and mind, blending the soulful depth of jazz with the raw emotion of blues — because great music isn’t just heard, it’s felt.” - Brian Dale

Brian Dale isn’t just a Milwaukee-based singer, songwriter, and drummer—he’s a master at blending passion with intellect in every note. Raised by dedicated musicians, Brian developed an early appreciation for expression, diversity, expertise, and style—qualities that continue to shape his rare musical presence. Sought after for his ability to deliver music that is as passionate as it is intelligent, Brian’s performances are known for crafting music that speaks to both the heart and the mind, leaving a lasting impression every time he takes the stage.

His album, Sticks and Stones, originally released to critical acclaim, is a culmination of his creativity and musicianship. The 2024 reissue of this project marks an exciting milestone in his evolving artistic journey. The opening track, “Free and Renewed,” sets the tone with a compelling vocal performance layered over a captivating groove, featuring the moody and soulful trumpet of Latin Jazz Grammy winner Brian Lynch. Co-produced by GRAMMY-winner Joe Puerta (Ambrosia, Bruce Hornsby) and Kevin Arndt, the album offers extraordinary melodies, lush harmonies, solid grooves, and creative writing, making it an exceptional work. The album even includes a track that was handpicked for the indie film Sawdust City.

As an artist who constantly evolves, Brian’s recent releases, including "In The City" and his a cappella cover of the Eagles' “I Can’t Tell You Why,” reflect his continued growth as a musician. His range spans across genres like jazz, rock, pop, and funk, and he’s performed with celebrated acts such as Brian Lynch, GRAMMY-nominated Ambrosia, Joe Puerta, Streetlife with Warren Wiegratz, Tracy Hannemann, Les Lokey, Peter Mac, and Melissa Mathes.

With numerous CDs and jingles to his credit, Brian is a seasoned session drummer and vocalist, known for his versatility in both original and cover projects. His work remains fresh, original, and a testament to his deep connection to music.
